This page is for administration purposes only and provides a convenience repository for documents etc for download by Event Organisers etc. It is not directly linked from the main site but should a surfer happen upon it by chance then this is of little consequence.

1. Marshals Expenses Form -t his is generic and can be used for all our challenge events. As noted at the head of the form, prior to its printing and distribution, Event Organisers are invited to insert the NAME and DATE of the event and the NAME & ADDRESS to whom the completed claim form should be returned. The Expenses Form is in Word format and 'protected' for ease of completion. If you wish to alter the body of the form to suit your own purposes then you can 'unprotect' it (menu: Tools/Unprotect Document) using the password 'expenses'.

2. Compacted walk programme - this view of the programme is for inclusion in the printed Newsletter. It has all the 'old' events removed to shorten it. Prior to printing this view from the Browser window for the Newsletter select portrait view and set the scale to 70% in File/Page Setup. The programme should then easily fit onto 2, A4 pages.
